About the Role:
The mission of this position is to implement the strategy and ensure that volume and turnover targets are met, ensuring the profitability of the indirect sales area, through negotiations with customers, contributing to the expansion of Ferrero Argentina's business.
Ensure homogeneity between all operations, with a view to greater transparency in the decision-making process and better flow of information with other areas of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop the strategic sales plans for the channel of operation, with a view to alignment and adherence to corporate plans.
- Develop people, transmitting organizational, behavioral and technical skills in order to motivate, train and guide them towards achieving the goals of the area and of Ferrero.
- Evaluate periodically the market in which it operates in order to identify business opportunities in search of operational efficiencies combined with brand development.
- Manage, coordinate and guarantee the correct negotiation and application of promotional funds, compliance with exhibition contracts, with the aim of achieving a balanced result between investment and sales results.
- Define and monitor strategies and guidelines in order to achieve the targets set. Developing new business plans, as well as succession plans for the distributor network, with a view to adapting them to Ferrero's needs for the future.
- Manage and develop key performance indicators to control both sales and financial results.
- Support the negotiation of the distributors' main clients in order to develop key clients for the company's success in the different regions of the country.
- Periodically evaluate the market in which you operate, aiming to identify business opportunities in search of combined operational efficiencies.
Who we are looking for:
- We’re seeking for experienced Sales Manager, ideally from FMCG companies.
- University Degree.
- MBA or Postgraduate Commercial Degree (preferred)
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Knowledge of the distribution process.
- Advanced level of English (desirable).
