You will be stepping into a role that blends strategic thinking with people leadership. With at least 10 years of experience in sales and a minimum of 6 years as a Key Account Manager, you are ready to expand your impact — not only by managing key clients directly, but also by leading and developing at least one direct report, with the potential to grow into a broader team leadership role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and executing client strategies that align with Ferrero’s commercial goals. Through your own work and the support of your direct report, you will manage a diverse portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that each relationship is nurtured, and each opportunity is maximized. You will oversee negotiations, guide promotional planning, and ensure that all activities are executed with precision and impact.
You will also play a critical role in coaching and supporting your team member — setting clear expectations, encouraging development, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Your leadership will be essential in driving performance and ensuring that Ferrero remains a trusted and preferred partner in the market.

What You'll be Doing:

You will be leading by example — engaging with top-tier clients, building long-term partnerships, and navigating complex negotiations. At the same time, you’ll be mentoring your direct report, helping them grow professionally, and ensuring they have the tools and support they need to succeed.
You will be analysing market trends, monitoring client performance, and making data-driven decisions that support sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure that every initiative is executed with excellence.
Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be key to your success.

Your Skillset:

You bring a deep understanding of the FMCG market, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record in key account management. You are fluent in both English and Hungarian and comfortable navigating complex systems and tools.
You are a natural leader — someone who communicates clearly, builds trust, and inspires performance. You are analytical, organized, and resilient. You thrive in dynamic environments and are always looking for ways to improve, innovate, and grow. Your experience has taught you how to lead with empathy, make tough decisions, and celebrate success as a team.
