Your Key Responsibilities:
As an intern, you will play an important role in supporting the People & Organization Team. You will assist with maintaining employee records, preparing and distributing HR documents (contracts, onboarding materials), and compiling data for reports. You will also support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities and other Talent topics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, you will support interview coordination, documentation management and candidate communication, while assisting with administrative tasks related to graduate and internship programs.
Within the employee lifecycle, you will handle essential documentation in line with date protection requirements and act as a first point of contact for basic HR inquiries. Your responsibility will be to manage the full onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. You will also assist with small local initiatives and mini-campaigns.
In reporting and administration, you will collect HR documentation, contributing to reporting tasks and maintaining accurate employee data in relevant systems.
You will play a role in digitalization by exploring opportunities to streamline administrative tasks.
In Employer Branding and Talent Operations, you will assist with internal content creation, presentation support, employer branding materials, and contributes to the coordination of talent programs, job fairs and university events.
Your Skill Set and competencies
We are looking for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, and who brings a genuine passion for people management and HR-related topics. To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you must be fluent in both Hungarian and English to thrive in our international environment.
We expect you to communicate clearly and confidently, work with a solution‑focused mindset, and adapt easily to supporting multiple countries. Familiarity with internal communication platforms such as Yammer or Viva Engage is an advantage, and previous internship experience in HR or administration is also beneficial. A strong interest in Talent, Employer Branding, and people-focused initiatives will help you make the most of this opportunity.
This internship is designed for students in their final year or one year before graduation, and we require your availability for full time over the course of one year. Throughout this period, you will have the chance to grow, contribute, and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic People & Organization environment.
