About the Role:

As a Junior Trade Marketing Specialist, you will support Trade Marketing Team in organizing, executing, monitoring and evaluation of various projects developed for retailers, key accounts and its own team.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Provides support in planning, developing and execution of all tasks related in-store activation in general, and also customer specific activities
•    Tracks and evaluates execution and finalized implementations by collecting structured feedback from other departments.
•    Identify and develop necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve customer satisfaction
•    Operationally manages all purchases, ensuring full administration and approval in line with internal company rules, responsible for timely production and deliveries, SAP admin., etc.
•    Operationally manages all tasks related POS Material Warehousing and Delivery activities (included inventories)
•    Actively drives and coordinates internal information flows between Marketing/Sales/SCI/AFC and Field Team
•    Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of the department’s all activities

Who we are looking for:

•    Bachelors’ degree in business related discipline is an advantage
•    At least 2 years’ experience in the field of Trade Marketing
•    Analytical skills
•    Excellent knowledge of English written and spoken
•    Strong knowledge of PC software (Excel, PowerPoint), Sap, Nielsen, GFK is an advantage
