Your Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead the local HR function with vision and purpose, aligning our people strategy with business goals.
You will ensure the proper and harmonized execution of key Group HR processes, including Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Performance Evaluation, Compensation and Benefits (CompBen) such as salary review, Reward policies implementation, Workforce planning, Budget process, Reporting, etc. in collaboration with Centres of Expertise such as Talent, Reward, HR Information systems and others.
You will guide leadership through organizational development, succession planning, and workforce design - ensuring we are always ready for what is next. You will apply compensation structures, oversee recruitment, and ensure every employee feels welcomed and supported.
You will also be the guardian of our culture - promoting inclusion, well-being, and a safe and healthy workplace. Whether it is managing training plans, leading HR projects, or delivering insights through reporting and budgeting, you will be the trusted partner our teams rely on.
What You will Be Doing:
You will bring clarity to complexity, simplifying processes and making HR strategies actionable.
You will contribute to organizational development, processes, and plan adjustments, enhancing and developing their implementation to strengthen the organizations.
You will collaborate across departments, lead with empathy, and make data-driven decisions that support both people and performance. And when it comes to change, you will be the one who helps us navigate it with confidence and care. You will partner with Heads of Functions to facilitate and manage the annual employee life cycle processes incluiding recruitment, onboarding, engagement surveys conduct and analysis, performance evaluation, continuous feedback, development actions, salary review, promotions and separations. Furtermore, you will support Heads of Functions in various ongoing company projects.
Additionally you will generate and put into action relevant policies and procedures, ensuring alignment and compliance with legal, local and company standards. You will ensure compliance with local labour laws regarding employment terms, conditions and relates issues.
Your Skill Set:
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in HR, and minimum 2 years as HRBP. You are fluent in Hungarian and English, both spoken and written. You must possess a strong understanding of different HR processes, particularly in performance management, organizational development, compensation, payroll, budgeting, workforce planning, administration and recruitment. You’re comfortable with data, fluent in HR systems (SAP, Success Factor, others), and always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. You understand the big picture but never lose sight of the details. You’re experienced in HR leadership, passionate about people, and confident in your ability to influence at all levels.
