Revenue & Trade Management Specialist
About the Role:
In Ferrero Romania, as Revenue & Trade Management Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy and driving sustainable growth across our categories and channels. Reporting directly to the Revenue & Trade Management Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Finance, ensuring that our pricing, pack architecture, and trade investment deliver both short-term performance and long-term brand health.
You will lead analytical and strategic initiatives that identify value opportunities, optimize price positioning, and enhance profitability across the portfolio. By leveraging data-driven insights, you’ll develop and implement Revenue Management frameworks that balance competitiveness, customer needs, and business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work ok the development and execution of pricing and revenue strategies that maximize value creation across brands, channels, and customers. You will be part of the Value Maneuver process, ensuring alignment with Group and Area guidelines, while continuously tracking market price trends, competitive movements, and key indicators such as premium positioning and price inflation.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Area Revenue & Trade Management teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations, supporting profitable pricing decisions, new product launches, and value chain optimization. Your analyses will shape the company’s 3N pricing strategy, ensuring a balance between competitiveness, brand equity, and profitability.
You will also play a critical role in Trade Terms management, monitoring Gross-to-Net evolution and ensuring commercial discipline and fair-trade practices in line with company policies
In addition, you will optimize the product and channel mix, using data-driven insights to guide portfolio prioritization and customer profitability improvements. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to shaping the customer portfolio strategy and improving the overall profit pool performance in line with business objectives.
You will act as a key business partner, combining analytical depth with strategic perspective to influence decision-making, support revenue growth initiatives, and ensure the company continues to capture full value in a dynamic environment.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced and business-driven professional with 2–4 years of experience in commercial, analytical, or strategic roles such as Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, or Trade Marketing.
You have a strong understanding of market, consumer, and financial dynamics, with the ability to connect insights across multiple data sources, including Sell-Out and Consumer data, and internal financial performance.
You’re comfortable turning complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations that drive pricing and portfolio decisions.
You combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking and excel at influencing cross-functional stakeholders to align behind value creation opportunities.
You enjoy translating insights into growth strategies and want to make a tangible impact on business performance.
