About the Role:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving commercial success? We’re looking for a Key Account Manager who’s ready to be a part of a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving growth through smart planning and strong relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll be the architect behind our sales and promotional strategies, crafting annual budgets and activity plans that align with our company’s vision. You’ll dive deep into forecasting, working at the SKU level to ensure precision and impact across our designated Key Accounts.
Your creativity will shine as you plan and coordinate eye-catching in-store advertisements and secondary placements, all while delivering on ambitious targets for sales, market share, profitability, and brand visibility. You’ll be the guardian of our merchandising standards, ensuring excellence on shelves, at checkouts, and in every corner of the store.
Collaboration is key—you’ll work hand-in-hand with our marketing and trade marketing teams to develop compelling POP materials and trade promotions. With retail research data at your fingertips, you’ll analyze trends and craft strategies to grow our business with Key Accounts.
Negotiation and relationship-building will be at the heart of your work. You’ll prepare and finalize yearly contracts, maintain ongoing contact with clients, and nurture partnerships that stand the test of time. From monitoring stock freshness to ensuring timely payments, you’ll keep operations smooth and efficient.
Your keen eye will be essential as you conduct regular store checks, oversee secondary placements, and stay ahead of the competition by tracking pricing, promotions, and packaging trends. You’ll also coordinate the sales and merchandising efforts of our distributor teams, ensuring alignment and excellence.
And of course, you’ll keep us informed—preparing clear, insightful weekly and monthly reports that help us stay on track and ahead of the curve.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for someone who brings more than just experience—someone who’s ready to make an impact.

You’ve spent at least three years in a similar role within the fast-paced world of FMCG, and you know what it takes to thrive. Whether it’s negotiating with key accounts or managing multiple projects, you’re confident, capable, and always one step ahead.

Your English skills—spoken and written—are strong, helping you communicate clearly across teams and with partners. You’re also tech-savvy, with excellent command of Microsoft Office and SAP, making data-driven decisions second nature.

You’re not just a salesperson—you’re a strategist. With strong negotiation skills, a collaborative spirit, and sharp analytical thinking, you know how to solve problems and deliver results. You’re organized, focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.

And yes, you’ve got a valid driving license, because sometimes the best partnerships are built face-to-face.

How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:

We encourage all our people to think creatively to set personal targets and objectives and push new, better ways to work. Employee contribution and engagement at Ferrero is based on the individual, team and organization dimension, so should have the ability to work independently, as a part of the team and be able to build proper relations with stakeholders at all levels. A demonstrable consumer-focused attitude and autonomy in managing relationships will help you in building your position among stakeholders and achieving expected sales outcomes.
