About the Role:

 

As a VIE Supply Planner for Ferrero Benelux, you will support the supply planning team in ensuring product availability and managing the entire product flow from production to customer delivery. Reporting to the Supply Planning & Copacking Manager, you will perform various tasks & reports related to operational & reporting activities.

Main Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the stock levels of several SKU’s, handle tasks to support the supply planning team, and take actions accordingly. This includes the daily dispatch of orders to clients, the weekly stock projection per warehouse, as well as the update of weekly reports on stock projections per SKU.
Your role also involves contributing to ad-hoc supply chain and company projects.

Who we are looking for:

To excel in this role, you ideally hold a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field, coupled with 1 year or more of experience in a similar function.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, fluency in English is mandatory and French or Dutch is a plus. Knowledge of SAP APO, SAP ECC, or BW is advantageous.
You will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively. Clear and timely communication is key, as is a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and collaborate with multiple departments and levels within the organization.
