About the Role:
As VIE Junior Customer Manager Trade Marketing, you will join the Trade Marketing team. If you feel at ease with figures and want to integrate a commercial environment, this job is made for you. Depending on your experience, performance, and evolution in the role, you will gradually take up responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
As VIE Junior Customer Manager Trade Marketing, you will conduct thorough market scouting to identify and evaluate promotional actions & campaigns of different retailer. You will monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions for Ferrero products across different retailers. Moreover, you will conduct market analyses, feeding and monitoring the brands KPI dashboard (Key Performance Indicators). You will evaluate the impact of promotions on Ferrero’s product portfolio, keeping quarterly inventory of occurrences. Additional tasks will be the preparation of client presentations as well as working on Category ad hoc projects. Further, you will support merchandising efforts in collaboration with the POS manager. On a regular basis you will get the opportunity to present during internal meetings.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a candidate with a master’s degree in business or engineering with a first experience in Trade Marketing and a real passion for the FMCG and food industry. Being highly numerate with well-developed analytical skills and high attention to details is essential for this role. We value an open-minded, diligent, and autonomous profile having a proactive approach and being able to work under pressure within strict deadlines. The position requires excellent interpersonal communication skills to ensure effective communication with team members, suppliers, and various stakeholders. Additionally, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills are key to succeed in this role. Advanced skills in tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential, Nielsen knowledge is appreciated. Proficiency in English and French is a must, Dutch would be an additional asset.
