VIE - Junior Advisor Public Affairs and Sustainability (From May 2026)

About the Role:

The Ferrero Group is looking for a Junior Advisor to join our Group Public Policy Center (GPPC) in Brussels, focusing on Public Affairs and Sustainability. The GPPC is part of the Ferrero Group's Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communication department.

You will focus your activities in the area of public affairs and sustainability and support the monitoring and collection of relevant information, develop the Group's positions and represent with your manager the Group's interests externally (e.g. in trade association meetings).

For this role, you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative and will report directly to Ferrero's Group Public Policy Sustainability Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities encompass contributing to the formulation of the Group’s positions and guidelines. You will support in monitoring and analyzing EU legislative initiatives, guidance documents, stakeholder publications on different sustainability topics. You will also play a central role in supporting the implementation of cross-functional Group projects on sustainability.

About You:

The role requires a wide range of skills from acquiring and analyzing data/information to delivering relevant messages to internal and external stakeholders. Interpretation of relevant regulations and understanding of the main impact for the Ferrero Group is paramount, as well as strong communication and engagement skills.

Your profile holds a university degree in law or political science with a strong background in food regulation and/or sustainability and ideally have previous experience in the food industry and/or EU affairs. You’re passionate about public affairs with a focus on sustainability  and comfortable reading and analyzing technical legislation.

You are a highly motivated, accurate and organized individual with previous experience in project management; thanks to that, you developed excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

You are excellent in oral and written English (Italian is a plus) but other EU languages are well welcomed as a good asset.

You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Tools as Excel, Power Point and Word. PowerBI is a plus.
