About the Role:

Are you looking for an exciting first experience to explore our field sales department and then progress to a head office position within the sales, trade marketing or marketing department? Join us as Regional Sales Representant at Ferrero!

Main Responsibilities:

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, including both, qualitative and quantitative targets. In this way, you will also secure the best in store execution within the assigned region and clients.

You will develop the different commercial growth pillars defined for your area such as distribution, shelf, visibility & promo.

You will develop sales figures and support the client on 2nd placements, promotions, seasonal campaigns but also engage customers on category management projects and innovative sales approach.

Further, you will detect and propose the development of business growth opportunities within the framework of the Ferrero commercial policy (new POS, increase POS assortment, visibility improvements, etc.).

You will be able to build and maintain constructive relationships with all customers and this on different levels.

You will ensure a clear communication on all activities agreed at headquarter level to the stores to secure a perfect implementation & compliance to the made agreements.

You will provide clear feedback, reporting and input using the CRM tool.

You will be asked to adopt a pro-active behavior and internally communicate relevant data as Point of Sales (POS) trends and competitors features on e.g. prices, promotions, display, etc.

You will also be in day-to-day contact with the merchandising team for the implementation of in-store activities.

You have an analytical mindset that allows you to monitor area and point of sale performance via different dashboards.

Who we are looking for:

You have a master degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent. You are ambitious, passionate about FMCG and willing to experience a first field sales experience before moving into a commercial office role within the sales or trade marketing department.

You are a fan of Ferrero products which will allow you to be an excellent ambassador of our iconic brands.

You show a proactive behavior combined with clear communication and analytical skills which will allow you to manage your region.

Although working independently you are also able to function within a team.

You are fluent in Dutch (100% of your portfolio will be based in Flanders), fluent English (our corporate language) and proficient in French.

You enjoy working in a changing environment, have a solution-oriented mindset, and act as a problem-solver.

You know how to efficiently use Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Of course, having a driving license is mandatory.
