Here, everyone has the opportunity to make Ferrero brands even more extraordinary…and you can too. As Assistant Field Sales Analyst, you will be integrated in the heart of the Sales organization and you will ensure analytical and monitoring missions for the Field Sales Team.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Analyst intern, you will play a crucial role in our field sales analytics efforts. Your responsibilities encompass the tracking and analysis of promotional results at both retailer and field levels. To derive insights, you will use internal tools and central purchasing data. Additionally, you will be involved in monitoring and analyzing the marketing mix on the field, using our reporting tool. This includes assessing aspects such as prices, distribution, product presentation on shelves, POS materials, and promotions.
Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be at the forefront of your responsibilities, with a focus on both the National and Regional Account Representatives' levels.
Another key responsibility will be the update of field tools, ensuring our rolling plans, planograms, and supporting documentation include the latest data and information.
The creation of activity reports is another part of your activities, including the consolidation and interpretation of field information and feedback.
Additionally, you will be involved in supporting budget management.
Who we are looking for:
We require a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
A genuine passion for the FMCG market is essential. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills are prerequisites, as is the ability to work autonomously and proactively under pressure.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and fluency in English and French are a must, with Dutch as a valuable asset.
