About the Role:

As Customer & Category Development Manager Ice Cream & Better For You (OOH), you will drive the growth of our “Better For You” category (including brands like Fulfil and Eat Natural) and Ice Cream category, act as the main point of contact within Trade Marketing concerning the assigned channel / category and provide support to Sales and Marketing in the development of the Company Plan (Bottom-up). Additionally, you will perform ad-hox analyses to share with the team, support Sales in the preparation of offers to customers and maintain track of the actual in-store implementation of the agreed activities.

Main Responsibilities:

At the customer level, you will identify business opportunities for growth, perform performance analysis, monitoring, and tracking (sell-in/out) with the aim of understanding key performance drivers, risks, challenges, and opportunities. 
You will monitor the development of the customer plan, pilot the tracking, overview of actionables, and enable all information and tools needed to implement the plan. Additionally, you will follow up on activities, monitor and analyze their effectiveness, and manage offers in line with the agreed customer plan, partnering with the Sales Team.
At the category level, you will define national activation according to specific business needs (promo, event, etc.) in alignment with the brand plans. You will track category performance and analyze promo/activity efficiency, provide guidelines for in-store implementation (plano, field arguments, etc.), and support sales argumentation for customer meetings.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a Master in Sales/Marketing or another Business Field, with 5-6 years of experience in a sales or trade marketing role, ideally with different channels & clients (retail, hard discount e-commerce, out of home). 
You should have knowledge of FMCG dynamics and an understanding of food retail in the Netherlands, category management expertise (promo, assortment analysis, planogram, etc.), and P&L management skills. 
Analytical skills from category and customer performances to financial dimensions are essential, as well as familiarity with data management (Nielsen, GfK, etc.). 
You should be a skilled communicator, at ease with social interactions, and fluent in Dutch and English.
