About the Role:

As Assistant Trade Marketing, you will work on powerful brands such as Nutella, Kinder, Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello or Tic Tac. You will support the Trade Marketing team in implementing the Ferrero Category Management strategies for their retailer partners (key accounts).

Main Responsibilities:

As Assistant Trade Marketing, you will make an important contribution to our Trade Marketing and Category Management plans. 

Your primary focus is the analysis of our performance and promotional activities in the Dutch market, two complex topics with many sources of information to be combined like pieces of a puzzle. Your insights will help to develop a recommendation to build the plans ahead. You will get the opportunity to present your outcomes in cross-functional forums. 

The role extends beyond data analysis; you will have the opportunity to be in the lead of a project that tracks and evaluates the execution of Ferrero’s iconic brand initiatives and seasonal campaigns within the different retailers. In this project, you will provide essential insights to ensure future growth. Collaboration is at the core as you will work closely with internal stakeholders from different functions. 

Finally, you will (co)work on delivering compelling trade stories for our category management plans and seasonal campaigns, supporting the different Customer- and Category Development Managers on their day-to-day jobs.

Who we are looking for:

In our quest for the right candidate, we are looking for someone holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. You should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, along with excellent interpersonal communication and data management abilities. 

Previous Marketing or Nielsen experience is advantageous. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and a proactive work approach are essential.

We value creativity and a passion for FMCG Marketing. You should bring an open-minded, diligent, and autonomous approach to your tasks. 

To navigate easily in day-to-day activities, you need to be fluent in English, while proficiency in Dutch is a valuable asset.
