Project Management Officer
About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) who will play a key role in supporting the Plant Manager in Belsk Duży (PL) in driving governance, coordination, and strategic planning across the site. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and monitoring of the Plant Master Plan, and coordinating major cross‑functional initiatives. As PMO, you will manage people, promote a collaborative working environment, and support talent development in line with our values and organizational strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Plant Manager in defining and implementing plant governance structures (e.g., internal meetings) by coordinating all involved departments.
- Contribute to the development of the Plant Master Plan by identifying key priorities, consolidating departmental inputs, and preparing the 3‑year roadmap.
- Monitor the status of Master Plan initiatives and organize regular Steering Committee meetings to ensure progress tracking and alignment with key stakeholders.
- Lead the local budget process and monthly closure meetings, coordinating all departments involved and ensuring accurate follow‑up across key plant parameters.
- Act as Project Manager for major cross-functional projects ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution.
- Promote project management methodologies across the plant to enhance project discipline, structure, and efficiency.
- Promote effective communication and cascading through line managers to the wider organization.
- Plan and manage personnel‑related measures to optimize staffing needs.
- Ensure that the plant’s organizational model remains aligned with corporate strategies and long-term business objectives.
About You:
You will bring a university degree in Engineering or a related field, supported by proven professional experience in Project Management. Your profile is complemented by:
- Native Polish speaker with fluent English skills.
- You are an excellent communicator capable of coordinating diverse stakeholders and creating alignment across functions.
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills, a structured approach to planning.
- You bring an analytical mindset, high accountability, and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- You are proactive, collaborative, and motivated to drive continuous improvement.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary and an annual bonus.
The expected salary range for this position will be communicated to candidates selected for the interview stage, in accordance with the amended Labour Code. The final salary will be determined individually based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
