About the role

We are looking for an Engineer within the Maintenance Department. As Engineer you will be in charge of the participation in projects involving the implementation of solutions that streamline processes in the Maintenance Department.

Main responsibilities

• Participation in projects related to the reliability of machines and devices;
• Cooperation with a team of engineers, as well as with representatives of other departments;
• Proposing new optimization solutions;Participation in the development of PdM activities;
• Conducting data analyses and key KPIs in the Maintenance Department;
• Participation in the processes of standardizing activities in the Maintenance Department
• Monitoring the continuous improvement program within the department;
• Cooperation with the headquarters, participation in the Group's projects, including Reliability and Lean;
• Conducting training in accordance with the Department's requirements;

Who we are looking for

• Higher technical education: Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation or related;

• Knowledge of technical design programs (AutoCAD, Solidworks, others);

• Ability to analyze technical issues;

• Knowledge of the Polish and English language;

• Knowledge of the Italian language is an asset;

• Independence and the ability to work in a team;

• Good organization of working time.
