About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team at the Ferrero in Belsk.

The successful candidate will conducting and participating in continuous improvement projects involving the implementation of solutions that streamline processes within the plant in line with the Lean Manufacturing philosophy.

Main responsibilities:

  • Cooperation with the headquartes in the implementation of production support systems within Ferrero group;
  • Conducting and participating in continuous improvement projects involving the implementation of solutions that streamline processes within the plant in line with the Lean Manufacturing philosophy;
  • Conducting analyses and compilations of data and key KPIs, including those related to the use of machines and lines;
  • Standardizing production operations;
  • Being involved in projects to optimize manufacturing processes;
  • Managing a continuous improvement program within the factory;
  • Support the Head of the Continuous Improvement Department in terms of changes being introduced.

Who we are looking for:

  • Higher education, preferably economic or technical;
  • Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company will be an asset;
  • Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools;
  • Ability to think logically - integrate information and draw conclusions;
  • Experience in implementing improvement projects and conducting training will be an asset;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (very good knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and project management programs such as MS Project, Lists, etc.);
  • Good command of English and Polish;
  • Organizational skills and creativity;
  • Experience with ERP systems will be an asset;
  • Knowledge of collaboration and the use of AI in everyday is welcome.
