About the Role:

This role is responsible for managing distributor orders and timely tracking distributor stock/sell in/sell out in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Distributor Order Management

  • Coordinate & allocate distributor forecast/order plan;
  • Handle all distributors’ order management to ensure the on-time delivery according to plan;
  • Communicate the daily warehouse stock to area and distributors, track the status according to the Sales Forecast plan;
  • Support Regional Sales Manager/Regional Commercial Planning to improve forecast accuracy in responsible region.

2. Distributor Daily Operation Management

  • Support Sr. Regional Sales Operation Manager to develop and optimize distributor operation KPIs and timely track the performance;
  • Handle daily order, stock and aged product data management;
  • Support Sr. Regional Sales Operation Manager to manage distributors’ weeks of inventory on hand and tracking IFM (inventory fund management).

3. Sales Reports

  • Provide daily and weekly analysis of warehouse/distributor Stock;
  • Responsible for Daily/Weekly/Monthly tacking of distributor sell in/sell out;
  • Responsible for warehouse/distributor freshness reports by Weekly/Monthly.

Who we are looking for:

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • College degree and above, CET 4 level of English, familiar with MS office; 
  • Strong background of project management;
  • Solid knowledge and experience of FMCG distributor management, commercial logistics and Sales, field & merchandising processes;
  • Good presentation and data analysis skills.
