Assistant Regional Sales Operation Manager - North

About the Role:

-    Assist RSM to check and finalize regional sales forecast, coverage and other data collection and feedback;
-    Support RSM to deliver business calendar through solid data support & rational;
-    Establish business data pool base on regular data maintenance;

Main Responsibilities:

Strategic thinking and planning

  • Support Regional Sales Director on preparing the annual plan and budget by improving tools and insight on data analysis.
  • Assist Regional Sales Director's/ Regional sales operation manager decision making by providing in depth analysis on figure / organization structure / work process perspective.
  • Regional new city expansion plan, new city coverage process, etc.

 

Monthly business review report

  • Analyze region selling status and generate monthly business review report, which indicates volume trend, by city by brand analysis, etc.
  • Dig out the reasons behind and raise up business suggestion to RSM, RSM will help on this part;

 

Daily Panel report summary

  • Send out panel report to Field team to make sure field team could sense problems on time and resolve product shortage, freshness issue, etc.

 

Distribution analysis and tracking

  • Analyze distribution result Vs company standard and share with KA and field
  • Monitor to improve the distribution by city by banner by brand;

 

Master table

  • Maintain master table & update the latest information to Sales Operation Team to ensure distributors' information in line with company system;

 

Coverage & HC plan

  • Follow company's guideline of coverage and monitor the call optimisation
  • Optimize the HC plan to match the city/area/region development

Other project/ tasks assigned by line manager or company

About You:

- Data analysis skill: skilled in excel, have certain knowledge on business operation, sensitive to data change;
- Capable of providing business suggestion: data analyse work experience is must have; field sales related experience is preferred; 
- Communication skill;
- Cross functional coordination skill;
