About the Role:
As a Talent Specialist, you will be part of a passionate and collaborative team, working at the core of our people strategy. Based in Barcelona, you’ll help shape the future of our organization by supporting and driving key HR initiatives in a truly multicultural environment.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be working and lead on a wide range of exciting projects, from Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to Training and Development, Internal Communication, and Diversity and Inclusion. You’ll contribute to global People & Organization Projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use tools like SAP, SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office will be part of your daily toolkit to improve processes.
Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a Talent professional, very results-oriented, with at least 3-4 years of HR experience, ideally a graduate in Psychology, Law, Business Administration or Labor Relations and working in international environments and with fluent English and Spanish. You bring a can-do attitude, a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and passion for people, you’ll help shape a diverse and engaging workplace.
