About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to lead strategic initiatives for the Kinder brand in a hybrid role that blends creativity, digital expertise, and operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work across Spain and Portugal, driving innovation and impact in one of Ferrero’s most iconic PowerBrands. You’ll be part of a passionate team, shaping the future of FMCG marketing through cross-functional collaboration and cutting-edge tools.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the marketing strategy for the Tablets & Bites categories, while also leading transversal projects for Kinder, including CRM management, social media strategy, and coordination with international teams. You’ll be responsible for adapting global content to local needs, developing marketing campaigns, and implementing consumer promotions. Additionally, you’ll manage the 4Ps of marketing, oversee sell-in/sell-out analysis, and prepare impactful presentations and business cases. Your digital expertise will be key in facilitating access to new tools, including AI technologies, and ensuring compliance with Ferrero’s confidentiality policies. You’ll also coordinate the SAP Ariba implementation and manage purchase requests, while leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
We’re seeking a proactive and communicative leader with proven experience as a Senior Brand Manager in the FMCG sector. You should be comfortable navigating complex, transversal projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Nielsen, IRI, and Kantar are essential. Familiarity with SAP and a strong interest in artificial intelligence will set you apart. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and the ability to work in an international matrix organization is a plus.
