About the Role:

Are you ready to represent some of the world’s most iconic brands like Nutella®, Kinder®, and Ferrero Rocher®? As a Sales Representative Out Of Home in Barcelona, you’ll be at the heart of our field operations, bringing Ferrero’s magic to life in every store, café, and point of sale across the city.

You will be working in the FMCG sales environment, managing your own route and ensuring that Ferrero’s products are perfectly placed and always available. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where your energy, creativity, and commercial mindset will make a real impact. You’ll be part of a passionate team that values initiative, collaboration, and excellence in execution.

Main Responsibilities:

Your day will start by visiting clients and points of sale in your assigned area, where you’ll negotiate visibility, secure premium shelf space, and ensure product availability. You’ll take and manage orders, monitor stock levels, and implement national strategies at the local level. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with our Trade Marketing team to roll out promotional campaigns and introduce new product lines. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining compliance with agreements.

Who we are looking for:

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment. With at least five years of experience in consumer goods sales, ideally in the OOH or HORECA channel, you bring a strong commercial instinct and a natural ability to build relationships. You’re organized, self-motivated, and confident using tools like Excel and data analysis platforms.


Spanish is required, and fluency in English is a plus. You must have a valid driver’s license, and it’s essential that you live in or near Barcelona, as your route will be primarily within the Barcelona area.
