About the Role:

Warehousing -  To lead the plant warehouse function involving warehouse space planning, implementing warehouse best practices, for internal and external warehouses, to ensure effective warehouse management


Import & Export – To support Material planning function by ensuring adequate availability of all input materials to meet the production requirement and timely supplies to domestic and export markets.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for Warehouse Operations and Materials management at Baramati plant, ensuring continuous material availability for uninterrupted production flow.

  • Ensuring compliance to Ferrero quality standrds in warehouse
  • Implementing best practices like FIFO

Support plant operations team & contribute effectively to achieve annual budgeted volumes of Baramati plant.

To lead all Plant Supply Chain Strategic & cost saving projects and initiative.

Lead, coach and mentor the Warehouse and material planning team


Who we are looking for:

  • Complete SC Know how (including Commercial)
  • Planning skills, negotiations skills, analytical skills, IT skills, and a strong team player
  • Team building capabilities, Good Coach, mentor  

Any post graduate with MBA (preferably in Supply Chain Management) with about 15 years of work experience
