Executive-Plant Performance (Continuous Improvement)

About the Role:

•    Co-ordinate for “plant performance improvement” culture together with functional HOD’s (in accordance with Professional Family guidelines).
•    Assist cross-functional FOX 2.0- Ferrero Operational Excellence initiatives and principles in accordance with Plant overall strategies.
•    Analyses plant processes with the help of functional HOD’s and Plant Performance Manager, identifies improvement areas, identifies the projects at local level in coordination with functional HOD’s and Plant Performance Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Support to Performance Manager for Factory Strategy, by managing Master Plan
•    Implementation of Continuous Improvement Projects for FOX 2.0 - Ferrero Operational Excellence to make World Class Manufacturing Plant
•    Through assigned resources collects ideas/activities for projects’ standardization, improvement and assuring the achievement of expected results
•    To Support Performance Manager to defines logics/methods for working and standardize activities and standardizes activities.
•    To Support Performance Manager for monitors the project status and evaluates results and benefits
•    Assist with cross-functional FOX - Ferrero Operational Excellence initiatives and principles in accordance with Plant overall strategies
•    Support Performance Manager in Ferrero Operational Excellence implementation, brainstorming with HOD’s. 
•    Support Performance Manager to analyses plant processes, identifies improvement areas, selects projects at local level in coordination with responsible HOD’s.
•    Support for local and global strategic projects in the following areas: product; personnel; quality; sanitation, hygiene; environment; safety and ergonomics; to reach industrial excellence.
•    Proactively takes part in the Professional Family related activities, promoting cross-Plant coordination through an effective and continuous communication
•    Transfers the Global level strategy down into the Plant. Motivates and stimulates Plant Functions to search the optimal solution in the management of productive factors available in the Plant and of all cross-processes
•    Support Performance Manager to selects and shares with the Professional Family the methodologies suitable for the Ferrero culture for the project related activities management, by carrying out benchmarking actions
•    Transfers of the methodology selected as Standard for the Group into process
•    Ensure the proper application of Project Management tools and methods for the entire plant, by chance giving active and direct support on selected strategic projects

About You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
  • 4 to 7 years of FMCG work experience.
  • Proficient in improvement practices such as Lean, Six Sigma.
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, Data Analysis, Excel, Communication and Presentation Skills, Project Management, etc.
