About the Role:
The role is aimed to support several countries in trade marketing activities, such as POSM management, activity calendar management, in-store activations and execution, and others, to contribute to Ferrero business development and enhance Sales capability building.
Main Responsibilities:

Provide POSM management and lead the adaptation of Key Visuals into high quality and impactful POSM, in-alignment with brand proposition

Collect local trade landscape and observe competitor display activities via periodic market visits, shopper audits, with the activity reporting and analysis

Play a key contact role with local agencies to source, design and communicate for POSM development

Manage assigned POSM budget, create PR/POs in the SAP system, coordinate arrivals and warehouse stock

Support the Country Trade Marketing to identify, initiate and collaborate on local key programs which adds brand value, drive volume and sales

Be the central coordination point for execution of all Channel and Category (C&C) strategies and Local Sales initiatives to ensure successful deployment in trade

Manage the Trade Marketing Calendar (Activity Grid) Management, ensuring all functions deliverables

Collaborate with the Commercial Development team to track and review trade execution mechanisms, assessing the efficiency and ROI

Assist with channel inputs into the yearly planning process by identifying the key opportunities: incorporating touchpoints, channel specific learning, competitor analysis, best practice inputs

Co-ordinate communication with the distributor team and internal teams

Participate in monthly Brand workshops

Contribute to shopper activation planning and in-store execution, assist in deployment of effective in-store activities to generate strong shelf off-take

Manage promoter/merchandiser activities with agency and understand key drivers and drainers to ensure learnings are translated into activation plans

Compile the relevant data, conduct analysis and action oriented plans for monthly, quarterly and yearly scores and results

Assist capability building of Sales team via commercial selling story, development of selling kit, catalogues and results tracking

Provide trade support to sales team for customer business reviews and business development plus joint working projects

Influence the business to support sales team development and to assist in selling skills
Who we are looking for:

University degree in Marketing, Economics or other relevant field

5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing operations, preferably in FMCG/retail environment

Knowledge of different markets and dynamics is preferred

Experience in managing and coordinating the complete process flow of in-store activities

Strong trade marketing and category fundamentals and project management skillset

Solid analytical skill and ability to collaborate across functions and with multiple stakeholders

Agility and capability of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced time management and organizational skills
-
Responsibility and proactivity, growth mindset, anticipation of issues and proposal of solutions

Advanced MS office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills, SAP

Fluency in English and Thai, written and spoken, any other language is considered a strong plus
