About the Role:

If you’re looking for a role with variety, this is it. As a Key Account Manager your main focus will be to drive sales development across a number of clients. You’ll work alongside the head of Accounts to build brilliant relationships with a breadth of clients define sales strategies, targets, programs, commercial initiatives and promotional policies. 

Main Responsibilities:


• Identifying growth drivers for the distributors through a development plan leveraging on the growth levers of the clients.
• Directly interacting with distributors and negotiating, preparing and presenting the yearly commercial scorecards and aligning on the implementation of the Sales Plan.
• Communicating all information regarding the customer channel strategy and activities, providing insights to the distributors for the local development activities and support in problem solving.
• Conducting analysis on the channel performance in detail with the support of Trade Marketing, designing and implementing solutions when needed (new initiatives, additional events, profit-mix, etc.).
• Yearly presentation to the distributors of the Commercial Guidelines prepared by Trade Marketing. 

 


ACTIVITY PLANNING AND MANAGING:
• Follow up and check of the proper implementation of promotion and in-store activations in line with the commercial scorecard and the alignment with the commercial guidelines shared
• Providing monthly sales forecasts for distributors.
• Monitoring distributors’ sales performance, evaluation of monthly orders and proposition of corrective actions.



MAIN COLLABORATION WITH:

Trade Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance 

 

Who we are looking for:

•    College or university degree (commercial, economic, business studies)
•    Thorough knowledge of the FMCG market.
•    +7 years’ experience in Sales/Key Account Management, out of which at least 5 years as a Key Account Manager.
•    Fluent in English and Greek.
•    Computer literacy, MS Office (Power point, Word, Excel) 
•    A smart, flexible, efficient, results-oriented and a can-do spirit, a positive attitude is key.
•    Customer oriented attitude.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
•    Organized and determined persistent person.
•    Adaptability and potential to grow in the position.
