About the Role:

We are currently looking for Warehouse Admininstration Specialist who will join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensures efficient work on administration of warehouse operations in the context of optimization, updating of business processes and growing sales volume.
  • Timely implements and supports all processes related to the movement of goods in the warehouses of Ferrero Kazakhstan.
  • Ensures the relevance of stocks in the accounting system and is responsible for maintaining the level of stock of goods in warehouses to improve key indicators of the level of service, freshness of the product in the warehouses of Ferrero Kazakhstan, affecting the increase in sales volume.
  • Interacts with cross-functional departments in order to develop and maintain business processes.
  • Participates in testing new processes and creating procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience and knowledge of warehouse operations in the FMCG direction from 4 years.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), their basic principles and algorithms of work.
  • Knowledge of state and local sanitary and hygienic norms and rules, as well as requirements for the quality of food warehouses.
  • English at a level not lower than Intermediate
  • Knowledge of the main logistics key performance indicators (KPI: CFR, OFR, OTD), their analytics for the purpose of subsequent process improvement
  • Experience in SAP (MM, WM) Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode, focus on results, experience working with large amounts of information
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of accounting for the reflection and adjustments of product sales to customers
  • Knowledge of document flow and the process of generating documents for import and export deliveries to the territory of the CA&C region
