ABOUT THE ROLE :
The Production Performance Analyst provides all necessary information for the supervision of the UGP through activities of monitoring, control, and analysis of performance, workforce, and line productivity, as well as through the drafting of management reports. He participate in the organization of weekly and ad-hoc activities within the UGP. He act as the liaison between production and other departments of the factory.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Optimization of Production Factors:
- Collaborate with the line operator and supervisor to improve resource utilization (raw materials, labor, packaging).
- Manage inventories of raw materials and packaging, and update data in the system.
- Evaluate the performance indicators (KPIs) of the UGPs and provide dashboards.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with line operators and supervisors to analyze production line performance.
- Participate in production meetings by presenting performance and variance analyses.
- Actively integrate continuous improvement processes (Smed, 5S, Kaizen methods) and propose improvement areas.
Production Planning & Maintenance Support:
- Collaborate with the scheduling manager for weekly production planning and defining labor needs.
- Provide variance analyses to UGP managers to adjust operations.
- Participate in the planning of short and medium-term maintenance activities.
- Analyze and monitor data related to breakdowns and machine stoppages.
Budget Management:
- Contribute to the development of investment and maintenance budgets by providing necessary data to UGP managers and the maintenance team.
- Propose the budget for general expenses (consumables, etc.).
- Conduct preliminary analyses on labor, material, intervention
PROFILE :
- Knowledge of production times and methods, and planning
- Basic knowledge of finance and economic management tools
- Mastery of continuous improvement tools (5S, Pert, SMED, Gantt)
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar environment
- Proficiency in French and English is required
- Master’s degree or Engineering School in Production Management
- Mastery of SAP is a plus
