About the Role:
Under the supervision of the Plant Controller, the PFA Manager & Supply Chain Controller will manage the PFA department and be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the supply chain operations, ensuring effective cost management, budget adherence, and financial analysis.
The Role will proactively support and work with Region CFO, Region Commercial Controlling, Region Supply Chain manager as well as Local Finance and Local Supply Chain Manage, with a strong relationship with Area Operations Controlling.
Main Responsibilities:
Cross Responsibilities
- Budget and Forecast : Plant budget preparation, Definition and monitoring of the KPIs, Monthly update of the Rolling Forecast
- Team Management : Objectives, Follow-up, Performance evaluation
Performance Factor Analysis
- Monthly/Annual closures : Ensures adequate closure activities, Explains main production variances, Preparation and presentation of the production performance analysis
- Management of workforce cycles : Definition of labor cycles, Creation and maintenance in SAP
- Collaborate with group level PFA : Ensures the proper realization/execution of group projects, Support its harmonization project
- Stock and Destruction : Monitor industrial destructions, Analyze stock value
Supply chain
- Cost Analysis : Related to both commercial and industrial supply chain, Highlight risks and opportunities
- Inventory Stock Analysis : Define Stock Value Budget and Forecasts, Monitoring actual trend
- Financial Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with financial standards and Ferrero policies, Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with supply chain operations
- Cross Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals with various department, Provide financial expertise to support decision-making processes
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or finance
- Master degree in finance
- Knowledge of financial procedures, Budget, Forecast
- Experience in production performance analysis
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
- Experience with HFM, Essbase, SAP, MS Office
