Lean Management Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for our next Lean Management Specialist, who will be primarily responsible for contributing to the deployment and management of the "Ferrero Operational eXcellence (FOX)" program, Ferrero’s Lean Manufacturing initiative. The Lean Management Specialist will aim to implement Lean methodologies (including TPM pillars) to improve efficiency, reduce waste, promote continuous improvement initiatives, optimize production processes, and enhance product quality within our manufacturing operations.
Main Responsabilities:
As a Lean Management Specialist, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across our manufacturing site. Your mission will be to foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency, aligned with Ferrero’s FOX (Ferrero Operational eXcellence) program. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean methodologies and TPM pillars, ensuring sustainable performance improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Deployment: Support the rollout of the continuous improvement roadmap, aligned with Group objectives, key milestones, and methodologies such as 5S, Kobetsu Kaizen, SMED, Autonomous & Professional Maintenance.
Standardization: Lead the implementation of operational standards across the plant to ensure consistency and best practices.
Prioritization & Planning: Identify and prioritize improvement actions based on operational needs, resource availability, and strategic goals.
Workshop Facilitation: Organize and animate Kaizen events and improvement workshops, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and team engagement.
Innovation & Impact Assessment: Encourage and evaluate improvement ideas, quantify their benefits, and support their implementation.
Success Promotion: Highlight achievements and develop tailored communication plans to share success stories and foster a culture of excellence.
Safety & Ergonomics: Ensure all initiatives contribute to a safer and more ergonomic work environment, in line with Ferrero’s Safety policy.
Compliance & Quality: Uphold and enforce internal standards related to quality, hygiene, HACCP, and environmental regulations.
About You:
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Lean Management Specialist who thrives in dynamic environments and is driven by operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
Your qualifications and strengths:
Educational Background: Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Innovation Management, or a related field.
Lean Expertise: Solid understanding and practical experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.).
Digital Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus) to analyze data and support decision-making.
Facilitation & Change Management: Proven ability to lead workshops, animate cross-functional teams, and drive change in a manufacturing context.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Field-Oriented: Comfortable working on the shop floor, close to operations, with a pragmatic and solution-focused approach.
Project Management: Experience in managing improvement projects from planning to execution.
Languages: Fluency in both French and English is essential to navigate our multicultural environment.
