About the role

For our Plant in Alzira, Spain, we are currently looking for Production Controller (Production Factors Analysis (PFA)) (H/M).

Dentro del Negocio de Helados Ferrero, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), uno de los mayores fabricantes de helados de Europa del Grupo Ferrero , busca actualmente un  Production Factors Analysis (PFA) / Controller factores de producción (H/M) reportando directamente al Controller de Planta

Main Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Plant Performances related to production factors utilization, analyzing and reporting on quantitative variances
• Defining and updating production cycles/ scraps in the production models, being involved on validation process
• Supporting budget definition, coherence with data in planning systems and analysis of performance evolutions along PS horizon
• Supporting production performances improvement projects identifications and development and estimating impact on performance for other improvement projects at Plant level

Who we are looking for:

Education: Administration & Control, Engineering 

Business experience:

• +5 years of experience 
• Strong Finance background to enable effectiveness working in a flexible environment and on multiple fronts;
• Previous experience in Industrial Controlling is a plus
• Previous experience or strong familiarity with Finance Controlling  scope of work

Knowledge:

• Computer skills (in particular excel, SAP and Power BI, but also power point )
• English fluent

Competences:

• Strong problem-solving attitude
• Strong ability to analyze Production line indicators and synthetize key highlights and outcomes 
• Strong proactiveness in activating and involve the Production Team of the Plant in doing Budget, Rolling Forecast and analysis of the Actual
• Result-oriented with strong independence in addressing and delivering key outcomes and activating key stakeholders
