About the Role:

Be responsible for supporting the Market in developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with Brand strategy, in long term partnerships’ development with customers leveraging on an in-depth knowledge of their strategies and their shoppers, in providing tools and means to activate Ferrero Category strategies in the point of sale and acting as a “process integrator’’ mainly between Local Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain regarding Demand Planning. Adapt the Ferrero Group Category strategies to fit with Local conditions to meet Company objectives in terms of volume and profitability by Category.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Monitors and analyzes trade, competitors and shopper market data related to the assigned Channel / Category, to identify business opportunities and develop new Trade Marketing plans


  • Supports the definition of the assigned Channel Strategy for each Category for the Country, in alignment with Brand Strategy
  • Supports the definition of Sales strategies (assortment, trade investment, etc.) at Channel / Account level with the objective to maximize the business development and profitability


  • Provides to Sales the best tools and means required for the implementation of the Marketing Strategy inside the point of sale

Who we are looking for:

  •  University Degree
  •  Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function within well-structured multinational company
  •  Sound knowledge of the FMCG sector
  •  Sound understanding of Shopper marketing & Category management/Trade Marketing
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  •  Min 3 years' experience in people management
  • English level not below Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate
  • Proficient user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, multitasking and project leadership skills
