About the Role:

Be responsible for supporting the Market in developing and implementing a sales strategy aligned with Brand strategy, in long term partnerships’ development with customers leveraging on an in-depth knowledge of their strategies and their shoppers, in providing tools and means to activate Ferrero Category strategies in the point of sale and acting as a “process integrator’’ mainly between Local Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain regarding Demand Planning. Adapt the Ferrero Group Category strategies to fit with Local conditions to meet Company objectives in terms of volume and profitability by Category.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead the annual promotional activity grid based on growth drivers to achieve category and channel strategy targets. You will communicate this grid to the sales department and ensure its timely and efficient implementation in the Republic of Kazakhstan, adhering to set KPIs. Monitoring execution and analyzing results will be crucial, as will initiating corrective actions based on these results.

 

You will ensure compliance with national trade marketing standards in agreements with key accounts, participating in the preparation of customer development plans and trade marketing agreements. Your role will include maintaining performance and controlling the execution of these agreements.

Additionally, you will participate in the development and execution of regional plans aimed at identifying additional growth sources. This involves working with local key accounts to ensure optimal compliance with national standards, improving current contract performance, and identifying additional potential through customized activities. For traditional trade, you will adapt national projects to regional specifics and develop special projects.

 

An integrated approach to trade promotional activities will be essential, including pre- and post-promotion evaluations. You will assess implications and develop recommendations based on the results of these evaluations.

 

Budget management will be a key responsibility. You will follow and control the trade marketing budget execution, audit, and evaluate the efficiency of trade marketing investments by local key accounts and traditional trade. Estimating the trade marketing budget to ensure comprehensive support for channel and category strategies, as well as national standards implementation, will be part of your duties. You will prepare the trade marketing budget split within the confirmed amount for the Republic of Kazakhstan according to internal company processes and timelines.

 

Ensuring compliance with national trade marketing standards in agreements with key accounts will also be part of your role. You will participate in the preparation of customer development plans, trade marketing agreements, and maintain performance and control of the execution of these agreements.

Who we are looking for:

To thrive in this role, you should have a higher education and 3 to 6 years of experience as a Trade Marketing Professional, preferably in the FMCG sector. You are result-oriented with excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, which help you build strong relationships and drive success.

 

A strong business acumen is essential, allowing you to make informed decisions and contribute to our growth. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is crucial for managing data and presenting your ideas effectively.
