About the Role:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join our dynamic team where you'll be at the forefront of tax compliance, preparing tax declarations and registers, managing tax payments, and posting. You'll also be responsible for group tax reporting, ensuring our tax policy is up-to-date and effectively implemented.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll review contracts for tax implications and ensure TP compliance. Your expertise will be invaluable as you consult with other functions on tax matters and verify residency certificates. Additionally, you'll support tax audits, respond to notifications from tax authorities, and assist in external audits on tax issues with PWC.
Reconciliations with tax authorities, tax budgeting, and verification and approval of contracts in DocsVision will be part of your daily tasks. You'll also handle insurance and prepare tax declarations. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and make a significant impact.
Who we are looking for:
You are a team player with 6-8 years of experience working in a tax department, preferably within an FMCG company. Your expertise includes calculating corporate income tax and handling indirect taxation. Additionally, you are well-versed in managing various other taxes such as transport tax, ecological tax, and withholding taxes.
Your experience in transfer pricing and communication with tax authorities, including during field tax audits, is essential. You possess a strong knowledge of local tax legislation and understand trends in court practice related to tax issues. Familiarity with local GAAP and IFRS, particularly in current and deferred taxation, is crucial.
