About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing training programs that align with our global strategies and cater to local needs.  Managing the local performance evaluation process and overseeing our Learning Management System will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will drive internal communications, implementing global plans locally and keeping our intranet engaging and informative.

Building a local employer branding strategy and defining talent acquisition strategies will be essential to attracting top talent.

Main Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about developing talent and fostering a positive work environment? Join our team as a Talent Development and Internal Communication Manager!
 

In this role, you will design and implement training programs tailored to our local organization’s needs and aligned with our global strategies. Collaboration with external training providers will be key to ensuring our employees receive the best development opportunities.Leading succession planning and individual development programs will be part of your daily activities.

Additionally, you will support the Ferrero corporate university by coordinating employee participation in global programs and conducting local sessions according to company standards. You will also oversee the local performance evaluation process, manage our  Learning Management System, and ensure all training records are up-to-date.

 

Internal communications will be another crucial aspect of your role, as you implement global communication plans locally and keep our intranet vibrant and informative.Supporting engagement survey execution and analyzing results at the local level will help us continuously improve. You will also manage action plans based on survey results, ensuring effective project management and monitoring.

Organizing online Town Halls for employees in the Central Asia & Caucasus region, collaborating on employer branding activities, and planning internal events will keep you engaged and connected with our team.

Building a local employer branding strategy and defining talent acquisition strategies will be essential to attracting top talent.Finally, you will oversee the adaptation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and making necessary adjustments in collaboration with various departments. Working with the Ferrero adaptation platform, you will help new hires feel welcomed and integrated into our company culture.

Who we are looking for:

To excel in this role, you should have a higher education and at least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.

Your background includes  leading talent processes within a multinational organization, showcasing your ability to navigate complex, matrix environments.

You are a team player with international exposure and a deep cultural understanding, which helps you connect with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Fluency in English is essential, as you will be reporting to our headquarters.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is crucial, and familiarity with internal company communication channels, such as intranets, internal social networks, and corporate email, is a significant advantage. Additionally, knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally SuccessFactors, will set you apart.

If you have internal communications experience or at least some exposure, it will be beneficial in this role.

Your ability to manage and implement effective communication strategies will be key to your success.
