Senior PFM Specialist

About the Role:
Ferrero is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Product Flow Management Specialist to join our Central Asia&Caucasus Supply Chain team. This role is essential in managing the end-to-end documental process for new product introductions and changes, ensuring seamless integration across Ferrero systems and markets.
You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Demand & Supply Planning, R&D, Legal, Co-pack, and international PFM teams, gaining high visibility and impact across the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Product Documentation (RDP/RDE):
Lead the creation, prioritization, and approval of product documentation requests. Coordinate with marketing and trade teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
- Artwork Development:
Manage artwork workflows, approvals, and coordination with reprographic agencies. Drive artwork unification and complexity reduction across multi-country packs.
- Foglio 8 & Template Requests:
Initiate and oversee requests for new product documentation and templates, ensuring alignment with strategy and compliance.
- Master Data Management:
Ensure accurate and timely entry of master data across systems for co-pack production, warehouse, finance, and customer-specific needs.
- Green Tax Compliance:
Record packaging weights and manage communication with external providers for green tax reporting (PRN, Plastic Tax, EPR, ROI waste).
- PIM Platform Management:
Act as a key user for the Product Information Management system, ensuring data quality and completeness.
- Systems & Process Improvement:
Collaborate on the development and enhancement of IT systems and business processes related to product flow and graphic chain.
About You:
Experience: 4–7 years in FMCG or retail environment
Mandatory Skills:
- NPD process management
- Project management
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- SAP Material Master knowledge
- Analytical and Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred Skills:
- Marketing understanding
- Master data management experience
