About the Role:
We're looking for a data-savvy analyst to join our team and turn numbers into meaningful insights. In this role, you'll be responsible for reporting, goal tracking, and process automation, all while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. If you're detail-oriented, fluent in Excel, and have experience in analytics within international companies—especially in FMCG, pharma, or retail—this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Main Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our decision-making process, preparing, updating, and delivering regular reports and analytics that drive our business forward. Setting goals and tracking performance for both distributors and the sales team will be part of your daily rhythm, helping us stay aligned and ambitious.
Additionally, you’ll play a key role in enhancing and automating how we work with data sources and reporting tools, making our processes smarter and more efficient. When ad-hoc requests come in, you’ll be ready to dive into the data and deliver clear, insightful analysis.
Crafting compelling presentations, writing analytical summaries, and communicating findings will be essential as you help translate numbers into narratives. You’ll also identify opportunities to improve existing reports and develop new ones that better serve our evolving needs.
And to ensure everything runs smoothly, you’ll create clear instructions and guidelines for working with reports, empowering others to navigate data with confidence.
Who we are looking for:
To thrive in this role, you bring a strong academic background—ideally a degree in economics, mathematics, finance, or statistics. Your experience in analytics within commercial, marketing, or business analysis functions—especially in FMCG, pharma, or retail sectors—gives you a solid foundation, particularly if you've worked in international companies.
You’re confident working with Excel and Power Query, and you know your way around PowerPoint. Familiarity with VBA is a plus, and if you’ve worked with Power BI or SQL, that’s even better.
Detail-oriented by nature, you don’t let anything slip through the cracks. Managing your time effectively comes naturally to you, and you’re always focused on delivering results. You know how to collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate clearly, even when the data gets complex.
Being a team player is part of who you are, and your communication skills help you build strong working relationships. And since we work in an international environment, a solid command of English (B1 level or higher) will help you navigate daily tasks with ease.
