About the Role:
In this role, you'll analyze revenue impacts associated with various projects to determine priority and value. You'll assess trade investment models by accounts and channels to ensure efficient and fair treatment, helping the company achieve its goals. Additionally, you'll recommend effective investment model guidelines based on performance and model trade investment efficiency based on Customer ROI. Allocating the right budget to support the Growth Model will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
You'll monitor and track price positioning in the market, creating a price strategy with clear competition and pricing corridors. Providing an effective price index to maximize margin and value, you'll ensure coherence in the pricing architecture of the portfolio. Identifying portfolio opportunities and threats, including factors influencing pricing strategy, will be crucial. You'll develop portfolio performance assessments and conduct ABCD analysis to identify the best and worst performers, driving SKU and channel segmentation based on the greatest potential.
In trade promo management, you'll create and develop promo guidelines by channel, customer, brand, and SKU within the organization based on company objectives and insights. Ensuring qualitative promo planning and budget allocation based on data analysis and insights will shape the promotional strategy, guidelines, and limitations. You'll develop promotional plans together with Customer Development & Sales to elevate ROI on low-performing events. Monitoring and tracking market dynamics to understand the competitive environment and promo pressure will be essential.
Building a sustainable process for analyzing and performing post-promo analysis to evaluate key KPIs and leading reviews with relevant stakeholders will be part of your role. Based on post-analysis, you'll provide insights to help refine annual operating plan guidelines on an ongoing basis. You'll own and update the promo library based on actual effectiveness for all brands, customers, and products using internal spending data. Identifying events that should or should not be repeated, you'll develop a robust playbook to be shared across customer teams. Creating, applying, and developing promo tools based on business requirements or modern market trends will be part of your daily tasks. Conducting market research and simulations on recommendations for pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade terms will be essential. Aligning sell-in quantities to sell-out demand to limit returns and markdowns will be a key responsibility.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. With at least 3 years of experience in revenue management, trade investments, pricing strategy, and promotional activities, you will be a key player in our team.
Attention to detail is crucial, as we value accuracy and efficiency in all our operations. Your initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will be highly appreciated. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions are essential.
Additionally, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various departments will set you apart. Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher is required.
