About the Role:
Join our team as a Reporting Specialist to lead period closures, prepare corporate reports, and ensure compliance with Group standards and IFRS. You'll manage inventory provisions, monthly accruals, and cost allocations in SAP, while preparing financial reports and supporting audits.
Main Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic team where you will lead period closures in line with Group standards and deadlines, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from schedules to SAP COPA cycles. Each month, you'll prepare corporate reports and disclosures, handling calculations, cycles, postings, inventory, intercompany transactions, and ageing forms.
Your role will involve calculating and analyzing inventory provisions and monthly accruals and adjustments, all in line with Group requirements and IFRS. You'll control the appropriate allocation of costs by accounts and cost centers in SAP, and prepare detailed monthly reports comparing actual costs to the budget.
Additionally, you'll oversee the update of cost centers, internal orders, and corresponding allocation cycles in SAP COPA. Weekly sales report preparation will be part of your routine, along with providing technical support and managing master data for reporting needs, including GL accounts, cost centers, internal orders, and SAP cycles.
Supporting new ICO flow implementations and assisting in internal and external audits will also be key aspects of your role. As a subject matter expert in reporting, you'll consult and guide your colleagues, ensuring excellence in all reporting activities.

Who we are looking for:
To excel in this role, you should be ambitious and eager to grow in your career. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential as you'll be communicating with our headquarters. Strong technical and analytical skills are a must, allowing you to handle complex data and reporting tasks with ease.
Experience in the FMCG sector will give you a significant advantage, as will a mindset geared towards simplifying processes. You should have a solid understanding of IFRS and local GAAP, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial matters.
Being an advanced user of SAP FI/CO is crucial, as you'll be navigating and utilizing this system extensively. If you bring these skills and qualities to the table, you'll thrive in our dynamic and supportive environment.
