Regional PFM Manager

About the Role:
Ferrero is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Product Flow Manager (PFM) to lead and manage the end-to-end product flow and documental processes across the Central Asia & Caucasus region. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely product launches, packaging compliance, and smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely availability of packaging materials and accurate documentation aligned with legal, marketing, and quality standards.
- Lead the downstream product flow process, including forecasting, market calendar alignment, and risk mitigation.
- Act as the regional reference point for documental process setup and project timelines.
- Manage packaging reuse and obsolescence through SAP and Orphan Tool systems.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, supply chain, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee product documentation in SAP, including recipe validation, template creation, and artwork approval.
- Drive F8 release processes and ensure compliance with food law requirements.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and trainer for documental processes across the region.
- Lead monthly Portfolio Management Review meetings and propose go/no-go decisions for new product launches.
- Manage a team of 2–3 PFM Specialists, fostering development and performance.
- Support local master data activities and reporting as needed.
About You:
- 8+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably in product flow, supply chain, or project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP (ECC, BW, APO), PIM systems, and artwork/documentation processes.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English;
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMI) is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and planning capabilities.
