Region Supply Chain Manager

About the Role:

Ferrero is looking for a dynamic and experienced Region Supply Chain Manager Region Central Asia&Caucasus to lead and optimise our end-to-end supply chain operations across CA&C. This role is critical in ensuring smooth integration of planning, logistics, and customer service functions across the full Planning-to-Delivery cycle, aligned with Ferrero’s strategic and operational goals.

Working closely with the CA&C Managing Director and the Global Supply Chain team in Luxembourg, you will play a central role in driving service levels, cost-to-serve efficiency, and cross-functional alignment throughout the region. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of FMCG supply chains, matrix environments, and strong leadership to inspire continuous improvement and business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

As Region Supply Chain Manager Region CA&C, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain operations across Ferrero, ensuring the effective deployment of demand planning within the S&OP cycle. You will take ownership of driving forecast accuracy and balancing regional inputs to build a consolidated view of commercial demand. In this role, you will also manage supply planning activities to maintain optimum stock levels and ensure product availability within the network—responding to both commercial needs and industrial constraints.

You will act as the key owner of the order-to-cash process, leading customer service excellence and ensuring that every step—from master data to final delivery—is aligned to Ferrero’s standards. In addition, you will oversee regional logistics and stock management, including customs, inventory control, and warehousing operations. You will be responsible for the execution of operational excellence, ensuring that all logistics flows and co-packing processes run smoothly.

Beyond day-to-day operations, you will lead supply chain development initiatives, aligning local priorities with Ferrero’s global strategy across key pillars such as Operations Excellence, Sustainability, and Trade Partnership. You will also support budget definition, procurement alignment, and cross-functional integration with teams in marketing, sales, industrial supply chain, and finance—ensuring efficiency, governance, and collaborative performance across the region.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain management within a matrixed FMCG environment, ideally with experience at a regional or director level. You will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style, capable of operating at pace while navigating complexity across local and global priorities

You will have a strong command of planning, logistics, and customer service operations, with a proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in service levels, cost efficiency, and process optimisation. As a confident communicator, you will demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work cross-functionally with departments including Finance, Procurement, Category Management, and Manufacturing.

To succeed  you will be analytically minded, with the ability to turn data into clear commercial actions. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is essential. Most importantly, you will bring resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, team development, and driving long-term value for Ferrero.
