About the Role:
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team of auditors in ensuring product quality at retail locations?
Main Responsibilities:
As a key player, you'll manage a team of three auditors, preparing weekly and monthly reports to keep everyone on track. Additionally, you'll conduct back-checks, traveling to various cities to verify completed audits, ensuring the highest standards are met.
Your role will involve interacting with auditors, providing field training during the launch of quality audits, and working within Ferrero's internal Qset system. When technical issues arise, you'll liaise with support to resolve any bugs swiftly. You'll also be the first point of contact for consumer inquiries at the Consumer Care Center, handling initial processing with care and efficiency.
Moreover, you'll register partner complaints in the SAP system, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, driving quality and excellence every step of the way.
Who we are looking for:
To excel in this role, you should be an advanced user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Your experience in quality control will be invaluable, as will your ability to work with reports and analytics.
You thrive in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills. Additionally, your willingness to travel ensures you can conduct audits and back-checks effectively. Knowledge of Qset and SAP systems will give you an edge, helping you navigate our internal processes smoothly.
