People & Organization (HR) Intern
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated People & Organization (HR) Intern to join our team in Almaty. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across key HR functions, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
You will work closely with different HR streams and contribute to employee-related projects, learning how HR drives business impact in a multinational environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development and structuring of HR projects, trainings, and initiatives across key areas: HRBP, Talent, Reward, Recruitment, and C&B
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and training activities
- Handle operational HR tasks, including preparation and coordination of documents in internal systems
- Contribute to improving processes and supporting HR team efficiency
About You:
- Students or recent graduates in Management or related fields
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people-related processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Canva
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
