About the Role:

If you are dreaming about the role to coordinate the development new solutions and process for POS materials, with close collaboration with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, if you are interested in project management and is not afraid of issues related to materials development and is motivated to find the right resolution of it – this role is for you!

Main Responsibilities:

• Elaborate POSM strategy according to specific of CIS countries, leading process and x-functional work
• Develop a contract with the supplier of POS materials exploiting synergies and economy of scale
• Collect all the inputs for POS materials development from Marketing and from Trade Marketing Channel Managers
• Prepare the brief describing the mandatory elements to be considered in the development of the POS materials
• Coordinate the suppliers for the POS materials development ensuring both creative and technical elements
• Align POSM solutions cross-functionally
• Estimate the quantities to be produced ensuring the commitment of Sales on the quantities and delivery dates
• Coordinate the cost estimate based on the agreed quantities, gathering data from the suppliers (previously selected in a short list)
• Coordinate the final selection of the supplier based on the offers received
• Upload the Purchase Order in SAP to activate the production (upon PO approval)
• Coordinate the suppliers for the POS production and resolution of potential issues

Who we are looking for:

• University degree
• Relevant experience in POSM management 3+ years
• Advanced project mngt skills, communication skills, top management presentation experience
• English Upper-Intermediate
