PFM Specialist

About the Role:

Join us in a role where precision meets creativity! You’ll manage documentation updates, coordinate packaging projects across nine countries, and oversee artwork creation for leading brands.

Ready to make an impact? This is your chance to shape the look and feel of products loved worldwide

Main Responsibilities:

In this position, you’ll take charge of planning and managing the process of updating documentation, ensuring everything aligns with Ferrero Group’s timelines. Your work will bring ideas to life as you oversee the creation of artworks and production requests for selected brands.

Collaboration is at the heart of this job. You’ll coordinate across marketing, legal, logistics, sales planning, and production teams in nine different countries to make packaging updates and production requests happen seamlessly. Additionally, you’ll review packaging layouts to guarantee compliance with established standards and keep a close eye on verification stages across systems like SAP and supplier interfaces.

Your analytical skills will shine as you evaluate and organize key information that impacts artwork creation—whether it’s restyling, technical adjustments, or recipe changes. You’ll also create applications for new products, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. Sharing knowledge is part of the journey too: you’ll train marketing teams on the ins and outs of layout creation and approval processes.

Finally, you’ll interact with central management to develop packaging templates, brief agencies, and track project progress. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the look and feel of products loved worldwide.

About You:

You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves working with details. A higher education background is essential, and experience in Supply Chain, Marketing, or Business Administration will give you an edge. Fluent English is a must, as you’ll be collaborating across borders.

Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint is part of your toolkit, and your sharp eye for detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks. Handling a large volume of work doesn’t intimidate you—you stay focused and persevere even under pressure. Prioritizing tasks comes naturally, and your logical thinking helps you navigate complex challenges.

Working with extensive information feels like second nature, and tight deadlines don’t throw you off track. Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn will make you shine in this role. If you’re ready to combine precision, adaptability, and collaboration, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
