Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of developing both short- and long-term marketing strategies tailored to local market conditions and global company goals.

You’ll craft compelling communication materials for trade and media channels, while also overseeing packaging design and adaptations that resonate with consumers. Collaboration is key—expect regular cross-functional teamwork and direct communication with our global office in Luxembourg.

Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in brand communication, from creative development to executing the full marketing mix. Working closely with top-tier creative and media agencies, you’ll bring bold ideas to life and ensure they make an impact.

Keeping a close eye on market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape will be part of your daily rhythm, helping you spot new opportunities and stay ahead. You’ll also support Trade Marketing and Category Management teams, and work hand-in-hand with Key Account teams to drive successful trade initiatives.

 

Who we are looking for:

You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment and brings at least one year of experience in Brand Management or Consumer Marketing within a leading FMCG company. Thinking both analytically and creatively comes naturally to you—you’re just as comfortable diving into data as you are brainstorming bold new ideas.

A true team player, you know how to collaborate across functions and communicate clearly and confidently. At the same time, you’re self-driven and goal-oriented, able to take initiative and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Your energy is contagious, and your passion for driving growth in a competitive market sets you apart. 
Intermediate or higher level of English is essential.
