About the Role:

As a Group Key Account Manager for Caucasus region, you’ll be at the heart of driving business success across a dynamic region. Your mission will be to plan and oversee the execution of strategic business processes in key retail chains, all with the goal of boosting company activity and achieving ambitious annual sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Group Key Account Manager for Caucasus region, you’ll be at the heart of driving business success across a dynamic region. Your mission will be to plan and oversee the execution of strategic business processes in key retail chains, all with the goal of boosting company activity and achieving ambitious annual sales targets.

In this role, you’ll coordinate the development of long-term relationships with major retail clients, ensuring alignment with company strategy on everything from assortment planning to merchandising standards. It’s not just about maintaining relationships—it’s about growing them.

Additionally, you’ll monitor and analyze business performance, making sure profitability goals are met and product assortments are optimized. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring that distributor contracts are correctly executed at the local level, in line with corporate guidelines.

Expect to be on the move—weekly visits to retail locations and regional trips will be part of your routine. Whether it’s checking product displays, verifying pricing, or resolving supply issues, you’ll be hands-on in making sure everything runs smoothly. Sometimes, this will even take you to other regions or countries where your client group operates.

Collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with distributor KAM teams, guiding and supporting them to ensure consistent execution and performance.

Who we are looking for:

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong mix of leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen. Your communication and negotiation skills are second nature, and you’re someone who naturally takes the lead and inspires others to follow. With an analytical mindset, you’re always looking for ways to optimize and improve.

You’ll need a solid background in sales—ideally from 7 years—with at least 3 of those spent managing key accounts. Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is essential, as is a proven track record of leading internal processes and managing teams for at least a year.

Additionally, your English should be at an Intermediate level or higher, allowing you to navigate international environments with confidence.
