About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in transport logistics or customer service, or relevant education. Key responsibilities include processing customer orders in SAP, managing communication with clients regarding order status and product availability, and resolving any issues that arise during order processing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders in SAP.
  • Communicating with external and internal clients regarding order processing, product availability in stock, and delivery time coordination.
  • Resolving non-standard situations that arise during order processing.
  • Managing customer orders from creation to warehouse allocation.
  • Advising clients on product range, stock availability, and the current list of products available for order.
  • Updating data on the information portal for clients to place orders.
  • Creating accompanying documentation for deliveries.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in transport logistics/Customer Service or relevant education is preferred. Candidates with technical or economic/financial education will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of documentation processes in product sales is welcomed.
  • Understanding of Incoterms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick learning ability, teamwork orientation, good communication skills, and the ability to express thoughts clearly and structurally are essential.
  • Proficiency in creating pivot tables in Excel is required.
  • Knowledge of the SAP SD module, particularly in Order Entry, is a significant advantage.
  • English language proficiency at pre-intermediate level or higher.
