About the Role:

Ferrero Kazakhstan is looking for a talented Consumer Insights Analyst to join our dynamic and international team. This role covers the Central Asia and Caucasus (CA&C) region.

Reporting directly to the CSU Manager, you will provide crucial consumer insights to the marketing department, supporting the business with valuable data and analysis.

As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to create clear, insight-based presentations. You will manage multiple projects, including qualitative and quantitative research and market tests, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of results.

Together with the team, you will integrate insights from existing research and extrapolate data from various sources, including studies, trends, and white papers, to create new compelling insights that support the strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will maintain regular market reports based on NielsenIQ data, organize and conduct consumer research, and prepare market reviews to keep them up to date.
Supporting the implementation of advertising testing research will be part of your exciting journey, where you will determine the best methodological approach, develop tests, collaborate with suppliers, and deliver results.
Additionally, you will contribute to fulfilling analysis requests for various business needs by reviewing briefs, suggesting tools, analyzing available data, and conducting research when necessary.

Who we are looking for:

Your strong analytical skills will be crucial as you interpret research results and turn them into actionable recommendations, considering global marketing strategies and local needs. 
With a higher education degree in marketing, statistics, economics, business, psychology, or a related field, and at least 2-3 years of experience in consumer insights, marketing, or market research in a multinational company or research agency, you will be well-equipped for this role. Knowledge of general market research methods, both qualitative and quantitative, and experience working with NielsenIQ retail data will be highly valued.
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to effectively manage the project lifecycle, collaborating with multiple stakeholders at each stage, are essential. As a team player, you will thrive in cross-functional collaboration within our international and diverse team. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills will set you apart.
