Main Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic team as a Category Executive where you'll monitor market indicators and analyze the competitive environment. In this role, defining KPIs such as market share, priority SKUs, product visibility, and placement will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you'll develop planograms to maximize visual presence and increase product rotation in the retail environment.

Launching new products and seasonal assortments will be an exciting challenge, involving the determination of sales channels, target sales indicators, rotations, and distribution. You'll also prepare insightful reports with conclusions and specific optimization proposals for category projects.

Interaction with external agencies will be crucial, as you'll form technical specifications, create questionnaires for retail monitoring, control data collection and quality, and analyze results. Moreover, cross-functional interaction will be key, where you'll present projects, set targets and recommendations, make data-driven decisions, and defend proposed initiatives.

 

Who we are looking for:

Your relevant experience in FMCG companies will be highly valued, along with your confidence in using MS Excel and experience with Nielsen/Gfk.

Developed analytical and communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to strategically plan, multitask, and make data-driven decisions.
